The Point in the distance is Salt Point. I was standing on the edge of a very steep cliff. There was nobody on this rugged secluded coast. I was packing up from painting this large painting around sun down. I could not wait to get back in my vehicle. It felt like something was watching me from the wild landscape right behind me. The Reddish rock on the beach was a lava flow whicj is common on this coast. Located in Northern Sonoma County. Paintrd on location.
