A back yard painting in Spring time. There are a lot of crows in the neighbor hood. They hang out in groups, possibly family members, and claim and defend their territory from any crow or Hawk intruders. This Spring one of our neighborhood crows had an injured leg . He could not put any weight at all on his right leg. he held his foot up for about two weeks and could not forage for his meals as usual. My wife loves animals as I do and decided to help him out. Every morning for about two weeks she fed the crow and its baby a couple of eggs that she boiled for them. Finally the crow was able to put weight on its leg and is now terrorizing the neighbor hood again. He crows loudly at the sun rise every morning at 5:30 AM. Better than a Rooster.
